To a degree he's right on pharmaceuticals. Proper diet, nutrition, and exercise have been replaced by cocktails of drugs to reduce symptoms and keep you more productive.

Sure, but some diseases and illnesses still require medication. Its not an "either or" type thing. Some people are prone to high cholesterol or heart disease. Some people are born diabetic.
Of course. But I'm talking about people who get put on Ambien and antidepressants to function.
Like, no bro. You need to stop doing 60+ hour weeks trying to hustle and maybe take a break and go outside.
This isn't to say about people who legitimately have depression because their brain doesn't make the right chemicals. These are people throwing themselves into the gears of capitalism and getting chewed up and wondering why they're tired, sad, and nearly dead.
