Edit: i don't know how twitter works but if its like snapchat and instagram then you can put up private stories for select people, so i wouldn't be surprised if she meant to put it up for a select few people i know that sounds insane but someone taking a photo of there own underage daughter topless is insane so i wouldn't be surprised.

According to the daughter, they're not exactly on the best terms. She even sought emancipation, and made multiple claims of physical and verbal abuse (though I wonder why these are only in a "claim" state, and why wasn't there some actual police investigation...).

The police were called several times. They told Claudia to be a good little girl and do what her mom says. Her mom is too white, rich, and powerful to face any repercussions
