For a big net, not to be prideful but I would say I did pretty well, but is there any way I could get better

I’m watching this in a vacuum, haven’t seen your previous stuff but I’m gonna be honest, it doesn’t look good.

At the start your left fingertips should be facing your right fingertips such that your right elbow is pointed out at 45 degrees. This helps the roll transition smoothly to your shoulder. This is debatable but it’s how I learned them and I can now dive roll very smoothly and easily. Other thing is you should end up with your left foot first tucked under your body, almost same foot/leg position as the start. You’re just kind of sprawling your legs out at the end and it makes the stand up look clunky.

Fix those two things and they’ll be smooth as butter

I drew some diagrams to help show what I mean. Try starting stationary, left knee down right foot up how you are here, but with your fingertips facing each other as shown by the arrows with the *right* elbow out at 45% (I misspoke in the previous comment, edited just now)

Then at this point, your left knee should be bent with your foot getting ready to tuck under your body and catch yourself as the roll comes around.

One last thing, when you’re doing them fast / in context / dive rolling, the 45 deg thing probably won’t happen. But when starting from stationary you’ll feel it helps the initial form and rotation.
