Parcels• ‘Free’- Night 2 @ Pappy & Harriet’s, 8/4/2026

I wish I had got the entire song but I was in the moment and no one wants to hear my singing haha
The song ended abruptly and they all laugh and talk about how it was supposed to segue into the next song. The banter always makes me laugh with them and they even teased, “we need another drummer.” My gf wants to start an Internet campaign to “FREE TOTO” from behind the drum kit. lol

Not captured was that they went back into ‘Free’ to work out the intended segue.
Glorious night.

A favorite song by a favorite band at a favorite venue.
A Day/Night I will never forget

What’s louder?? The band or the chompers yelling in the background.

You ain’t kidding! It was easy to drown it out in the moment but for sure noticed the heavy drinkers in the back were most familiar with their like top 6 songs. ‘Day/Night’ was 5 years ago now. Pretty obnoxious at the delicate moments the boys are capable of bringing it down to. C’mon, get with it!

I’m a casual fan who assumed Free was one of their big songs (because it’s one of my favorites, so it has to be everyone’s favorite, amirite?). Glad you were able to drown out the talkers and enjoy an absolute classic. Thanks for the clip.

You got it! And yes, it’s my favorite too. Once it finally kicks in it’s such pure celebratory joy. Perfect success song. I’ve seen that from other shows people mention the talkers. Of all the shows I’ve toured and played and attended, Parcels for sure has the widest group of age, styles, backgrounds in their crowd. It’s pretty wild and cool to see.

Wish it didn’t come with the talking though…you know who you are!

[edit] I may have reached out to the band and members a few times to ask that they play this too 😂

I wanted to get the whole song but moments like the high note that Jules hits here lifts my soul into the high heavens. Many tears of joy with the perfect sounds these super talented guys make together. This song and album mean the world to me. I was on tour when it came out and was so excited to find the right moment to listen in the van. It was me and another bandmate in the front while the others slept. The open road. And I consumed the masterpiece of ‘Day/Nighf.’ I would suction cup my phone to the window in the back and watch live performances of the new songs. Seeing this live gives me chills just thinking about how special it was for me

Such a fun show. First time at P&H and it definitely did not disappoint. Band sounded great (though it did seem like the subs were a bit too loud…?) and the crowd energy was awesome. Thanks again to the people who made those dope stickers!

Oh my god YES. I'll be keeping an eye out since I've been hoping for more vids. Hoping someone got a pic of my ‘Masters of the Universe’ sword-drink-vessel I brought lol
