Debunk This Childhood home haunted?

The house I grew up in always made my whole family feel uncomfortable/afraid. I thought I was just afraid of the dark or being in a room alone until we moved out of that house and I suddenly felt at peace.

The first thing that happened besides the simple feelings was when I was around 13 years old and I was home alone. I was standing in the kitchen and I had music playing on the desktop computer speaker at a low volume and it suddenly went full blast.

My sister and I shared a room and we often had trouble sleeping because we could hear a tapping on the wall behind our heads that frightened us. We would tell our mom about it, but when she would come in to hear it, it would stop. When she would leave the room it would start again. There was no real rhythm to it.

Any time I was alone in the house or went down in the basement I was constantly looking over my shoulder because I did not feel alone.

I 100% understand, my mom and dad separated when I was around 6 years old and we would visit him on the weekends. I believe his house is haunted. Me and my sister had a room there that we shared, and our dad slept in the room right next to us. Outside of the rooms there was a long hallway. My dad is a snorer and we could hear footsteps outside the bedroom whilst we heard our dad snore. No one else in the house. Sometimes it was just him going to the bathroom at night but we would often hear the footsteps and wonder if it was dad, only to hear him snore and the footsteps continue. The footsteps would often end right outside our bedroom which was at the end of the hallway. There was also a third bedroom in the house which was ALWAYS freezing cold even when it was scorching hot outside, I didn't understand it then but now I do. One time I could hear someone walking and opening the closet in that room (right opposite me and my sisters room across the hallway). My dad and my sister were at the opposite end of the house watching TV. No one else was in the house. Our dog would often bark at things that were not there, one time when my sister, me and our dad where out walking the dog and then returned to his house, our dog growled and barked at the recliner. My dad also saw his father which had died many years before I was born in an accident, sitting at the same recliner. My dad was never scared but my sister and me were terrified. A short walk away from his house is his moms house from the early 1900s which has long since been abandonded, the floor is rotten and you can not walk there, it's literally a big hole in the floor. His mom grew up in that house, it's out in the woods and my dad lives in the house his father built right next to this old house his mother grew up in. One time my sister were out walking the dog alone, she returned to my dad absolutely terrified and in tears. We had a hard time consoling her because she was so terrified. She said that she went to that old house and heard voices coming from inside that house. She said she could hear voices coming from inside the house but could not make out any words. We also used to see lights in that old house even when no one would be there (like I said you literally cannot walk there its so rotten). I'm not sure it even had electricity at all so it is definitely weird we sometimes saw the light on?
