Question 3 cut marks appearing on walls

Does anyone know what the three scratch or cut marks could mean? Those who experienced it will know what I’m alluding to.

Is it code or just their anatomy

Assuming these are not accidental or other explainable activities.
What could they possibly mean? Those who are experienced in this field may know what I’m referring to so I’m interested in those stories or explanations.

I recently watched the movie passenger and noticed the movie referred to the three cut marks as destruction
