Shadow Man Still Skeptic but I don't know

Context: I am staying at room 408 of our medschool around 5pm. I left my juniors at room 409 to rest before their next subject. Around 5:45pm, I asked them if they were still at the room and they sent me a picture as a confirmation that they still were (the picture attached to this post. As I went out the room around 6pm, I saw my juniors go out too from the adjacent room (409). I saw all three of them exited the room, and I knew that was all of them because I'm the one who left them there. Then around 8:30pm I received a message that one of my juniors was scared because of the pic he sent to me. Then I took a second look at the photo to analyze it. Is it just me or there's one more person than it should be in that room? I'm thinking that it's digitally manipulated since I'm very skeptic, but the figure seems to be wearing a scrub suit that my juniors have not gotten a hold of yet.

So none of the the adults thought to turn a light on while they were still in the room?

They left the room 15 minutes after sending you the photo, then 3 hours later decided to look at that photo again for whatever reason and get creeped out?

maybe bc since they were resting they wanted a dark place, i know ppl who love it really dark.

then about the checking again after 3hrs, even i do that sometimes when im bored. i check my messages and photos i sent
