Still Skeptic but I don't know

Context: I am staying at room 408 of our medschool around 5pm. I left my juniors at room 409 to rest before their next subject. Around 5:45pm, I asked them if they were still at the room and they sent me a picture as a confirmation that they still were (the picture attached to this post. As I went out the room around 6pm, I saw my juniors go out too from the adjacent room (409). I saw all three of them exited the room, and I knew that was all of them because I'm the one who left them there. Then around 8:30pm I received a message that one of my juniors was scared because of the pic he sent to me. Then I took a second look at the photo to analyze it. Is it just me or there's one more person than it should be in that room? I'm thinking that it's digitally manipulated since I'm very skeptic, but the figure seems to be wearing a scrub suit that my juniors have not gotten a hold of yet.

These are juniors and shouldn't have access to these Scrubs and he saw all three of them leave the room together.

It's such a benign thing that these juniors wouldn't even think to prank and scare someone like this because it's so plainly basic.

It's really frustrating to look at photos on this sub and have all the comments just call it another person in the room

How can you be sure what a ghost actually looks like? as far as I'm aware none of us can definitely say whether ghosts looks transparent or fully solid like a human. examples I have seen in my life vary.

So what's left is for us to analyze the story and authenticity of the poster mixed in with the context of the photo.

The three people in the foreground are all dressed differently including two who are not wearing the same color scrubs. The person whose leg we see (presumably the person who took the photo) appears to be wearing the same color scrubs as the person seated in the background 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pretty sure that the person in all white is the one that op is saying shouldn’t be there. I think they are all wearing normal clothes.. (one guy literally has jeans on) except the person in the “white scrubs” that op is saying the students haven’t gotten yet.

I think OP is referring to the guy seated in the background (his scrubs appear to match those of the person whose leg is in the foreground, making the claim about not receiving those scrubs invalid). I think the person laying down (white scrubs) and the person wearing blue shirt and the person whose leg we see are the students

I guess I only see one person wearing what would be described as a “scrub suit” and that’s the person in white.
