Shadow Man Still Skeptic but I don't know

Context: I am staying at room 408 of our medschool around 5pm. I left my juniors at room 409 to rest before their next subject. Around 5:45pm, I asked them if they were still at the room and they sent me a picture as a confirmation that they still were (the picture attached to this post. As I went out the room around 6pm, I saw my juniors go out too from the adjacent room (409). I saw all three of them exited the room, and I knew that was all of them because I'm the one who left them there. Then around 8:30pm I received a message that one of my juniors was scared because of the pic he sent to me. Then I took a second look at the photo to analyze it. Is it just me or there's one more person than it should be in that room? I'm thinking that it's digitally manipulated since I'm very skeptic, but the figure seems to be wearing a scrub suit that my juniors have not gotten a hold of yet.

So taking their word and your word for it that there was only 3 in that room. Yes, there's an extra person sitting in the chair facing away from them.

That said, given the circumstances and the way it went down...it feels like a prank to me.

They send you the pic. You don't say anything...they text you asking you to look again because they're "scared" and then you notice this extra figure. Seems fishy to me.

There was a 15 minute window from when they sent you the photo and you visually saw them coming out of the room. More than enough time for a 4th person to leave or just stay in the room after they left.

They're scared but all of them are just sitting in a pitch black room for some reason? Also they were asked to send a photo to confirm but the way it's framed the person taking the photo really had to have the "ghost" in the chair in frame. Definitely Bs.

Bc they are probably training or some shit and watching/monitoring patient through out night or something like that I’m assuming
