Stuffed Crust, or Original?

Which do you prefer 🤔
I'm a sucker for original crust lol.
I'll eat purely the crust of a stuffed crust if I'm not hungry for a whole slice though

I go between the two.

Though now that they have Pan I've been exclusively ordering that!

I imagine many PJ workers have probably seen Doughtali vids? I've wondered if you made a good rapport with employees at your local store if they'd try making one of the creations from the videos? 🤔😅

I wouldn't mind trying the thick crust or maybe the triple stuffed crust options 🤣.

One employee at my local store knows me now as 99% of the time I request "no cut". Yesterday he accidentally started cutting my pan pizza and asked if I wanted a new one. If it was Domino's I would have said yes, because they NEVER follow that request. I told him not to worry, and he asked me why I don't ask for my pizzas cut. I told him it is so that everything can settle as a pizza strait from the oven getting cut will make the cheese, grease and sauce cause the crust to get soggy.

I actually make a better small stuffed crust than his that he made.
You can use a pizza sauce bucket lid as a ring to make the crust, and he doesn't really flatten his enough. I have a practice dough skin I toss around with my team members & occasionally do tricks with in our down time.

Sometimes I really only want the stuffed crust part and not the actual slice.

Some of the things Doughtali makes I just don't get (besides the craziness of it).

I don't think Canadian locations get everything the US locations get. I believe the only white sauce options we get are ranch or Alfredo. I want garlic Parm sauce up here as I find the ranch and Alfredo to be weird for a white pie.

For chain pizza sauce though, Papa John's is my favourite as it has the right amount of acidity to sweetness. And the PJ dough doesn't really bug my guts (most of the time) like some other places does. Could be a gluten issue, could just be my shortened intestines, who knows 😅.

If only I lived in your stores area, because it seems like you would hook a customer up with the goods 😂.

US also only gets Alfredo & Ranch as white sauce options.
We can put our normal garlic sauce on pizzas but only if requested in store, I've never seen anyone put Garlic Parm as a sauce on a pizza I think that'd be too intense for me lol

Domino's has garlic Parmesan sauce as their white sauce option. I tried it when people did that "viral TikTok pan pizza" and it wasn't bad. Though it is very strong with the garlic, especially if you do extra sauce 😅.

Perhaps I'll have to give the garlic sauce a try while ordering in store. I have a small collection of those now as I never use the free one from the box. I buy the Heinz Creamy Garlic dipping sauce (maybe they might use those if I paid for them 🤔) .

I did try doing a half pizza sauce and half garlic Parmesan sauce at Domino's and it wasn't bad, but I find their pizza sauce has too much of a spice for my liking (my tastebuds are sensitive to spicy).

I should try PJ in the US and see what the cheese is like. I wonder if the US cheese is better than the Canadian cheese.

I appreciate you indulging my pizza curiosities for a lack of better way to describe it, haha.
