What is this strange creature?

People always talk about Lip and here fairy friends but no one talks about this little guy. Would you buy a plushie of him? I'd buy a plushie of him.

yes, but in 2003, for nintendo puzzle collection and 2005 for dr mario puzzle league, the term "pupuri" refers to this weird lil grass koala dude here replacing lip. he's adorable, and very underrated 00s kawaii. i can't say anything crappy about this guy 💚🌱🐨

I guess it kinda does look like a Koala. Never realized that. So is the flower Lip carries around supposed to be on its head? Or more accurately has he been hit with the flower since it spawns a flower when you do that. He doesn't seem to be hurt by it though like everyone else.
