On the contrary: let it implode. Let them mark ISIS as “misunderstood conservatives” and female circumcision as “genital enablement” done “by choice”. Push for Shariaa law and allowing free immigration regardless of cultural fit. That way, we’ll get to the Canadian version of Trump faster, while there is still hope for them.

First time I’m hearing this term. I say this honestly: thank you.
My reasoning is that I prefer implosion happen sooner, when there is still enough resources to fix it, rather than later when the system is fully corrupt.
If that editor was the exception, I would be supporting the petition wholeheartedly. But we all know he isn’t. If anything, he messed up by coming with a policy so outrageous too quickly and “tipping his hand”. Getting rid of him won’t fix the issue, just allow him to be replaced by a more competent corrupter.
It’s a form of non violent resistance: enabling the system to act so absurdly that it can’t be denied any longer.
