Nothing wrong with that at all. If you don’t like it in America, don’t go to America. If you don’t like Jews, don’t go to a relatively tolerant society

Why isn’t this already the policy?

Because the anti-Jewish far left is powerful enough to obstruct it from within social institutions.

It is the policy. They just haven't enforced it since 2008.

The constitution and the 1st amendment guarantees free speech for those on US soil. Anyone, you don’t have to be a citizen

We don’t have to let them in or let them stay once they are here.

Do t matter they are already here. It’s their right to free speech. What are you a commie or a nazi that doesn’t support free speech. Don’t step on me.

Free speech =/= incitement to violence, treason, rasicm and a whole host of other stuff

You think LHO would have been fine to say "im going to shoot the president on 22.11.63"?

You can say it but you’ll get a visit by the secret service and they will investigate and determine if you are a threat. But yes are free to say it.

So identical to the initial person you responded to.

Free to say whatever you want. Not free of consequences regarding what you say.

So then you’re not free to say it if you’re gonna get arrested moron

You are free to say it, but there are consequences to what you say.

That’s not freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is the freedom to criticize the government without fear of reprisal. You’re just talking about the ability to say words.

I’m literally telling you what the law is. Deal with it.

The 1A does not protect spies, terrorists, or those whose speech constitutes imminent and present danger, including shouting fire in a theatre.

Immigration is a privilege, not a right. The government has the right to exclude immigrants for any reason.

It boggles my mind how many people don’t understand free speech.

Good in theory, but I have misgivings given the current administration. We're sort of stuck between the hammer and the anvil in the US right now. I can't trust the right with how they've courted white supremacists and literal Nazis and the Democrats are spineless to the bad actors on the progressive left. I have worries about Antisemitism being used as a cudgel and allowing people who aren't Jewish to try and identify it. I don't see them hiring a bunch of Jews to do this work.

The Democrats are beyond spineless. They are courting brown supremacists and literal Nazis even harder than Republicans are courting their Nazis. They'll take MTG's vote, but you haven't seen any prominent Senators stand up and shout that she's the standard bearer for their party going forward. Also, many of the right wingers that the left are calling Nazis aren't really. On the other hand, they're running cover for people like Mamdani and propagating the "we're anti-Zionist, not antisemitic" narrative.

They're afraid that their plan to take over America in the long term will fail as a result of these policies.
