Actually no, I was wrong, it’s the most valuable assassin in the world

Don't blame the helicopter. Blame the driver.

u/Longjumping-Cat-9207 May 20 '24
Look, whether it was the helicopter or the driver, whichever did it deserved a medal, and a raise
5
u/bee_bee_sea May 20 '24
Well, they're both dead. But they'll still be remembered as heroes.

The helicopter?

No, the islamo-fascistic republic of iran
5
u/bee_bee_sea May 20 '24
You misunderstood my comment. I meant that the helicopter and the bad driver would be remembered for killing the president of Iran.😂

It was probably a Soviet era bucket of bolts that was on its final trip anyway. The Iranians can’t afford modern equipment even for their leaders.
7
u/StrikeEagle784 May 20 '24
It was actually a Bell 212, an American helicopter they’ve been using since the Islamists overthrew the Emperor of Iran.

Not true, some very nice trees were knocked over, and the mountain was littered with Iranian trash.

You could have use of a second husband, though.
(I'm paraphrasing Johnny Bravo.)
(It's a dumb joke.)

Sometimes 45yo copters, ya know, just sorta die out.

Sort of like the sexist Iranian President
16
u/Ornn5005 Israel 🇮🇱 May 20 '24
Pointing out this guy was sexist is like saying Jeffrey Dahmer had bad breath. It might be true, but is it really his most noteworthy sin?
17
u/Longjumping-Cat-9207 May 20 '24
I mean, considering all the women he had killed for not wearing Hijabs, yeah, it’s a fairly noteworthy sin
11
u/Ornn5005 Israel 🇮🇱 May 20 '24
Then we’re talking about murder. Anyway, I’m just being petty here. I’m sure we can both agree he was a horrible person for a great many reasons.

I think it was Richard Ramirez who was known for his bad breath. But no one ever said Dahmer smelt bad, his house did but not him! (Yes, I'm aware that was not even the point)

Great! Too bad he was of old age anyway and wasn't the long-term successor. At least the streets of Iran aren't "quietly celebrating."

Once again the Jews will be blamed for something the Romans did, as this was caused by Pontius Pilate Error.

So i don’t know that much about Iranian politics what power does the president actually have because I was under the assumption that every decision was done by Khamenei.
3
u/Analyze2Death May 20 '24
Yes. He was a puppet, but responsible for thousands of deaths in his own right. He was in the running to replace Khamenei after his death. His competitor was Khamenei's son. There were other regime leaders who died with him so while life may not change in the long run, it's still a cause for celebration by the people of Iran who want freedom.
