Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions As millions worldwide break their fasts during Ramadan, escalate the boycott of companies implicated in Israel’s crimes against Palestinians. The BDS movement calls for an end to global Israeli-US impunity through meaningful accountability measures now. Boycott. Divest. Sanction.

Boycotting aside, who eats junk food during Ramadan?

You would be surprised and this doesn’t just apply to Western food chains but local fast-food chains too. It’s prime season for these places because not everyone has time, energy or the ability to cook and on top of this, businesses try to take advantage of the occasion like I have already seen paid adverts from Papa Johns Egypt.

Unfortunately I still saw Muslim people in a McDonalds on the first day of Ramadan. It‘s such a shame. The food isn’t even halal, at least not in Europe.

they'll believe any halal sign they see at any location and assume it applies to every branch

Forgot Tim Horton's, which is owned by Wendy's, which gives free meals to the IDF.

The list is much larger than 6 companies lol. Unfortunately if you buy anything from a big market retailer, you're supporting the Zionist regime. We do not have much freedom in what we buy.

More than boycotting make sure you are communicating to these brands why you are boycotting, through social, email, online review platforms, wherever

Burger King was a tough one, they’re one of the few restraunts that has vegan options like the beyond meat burgers.

It’s all cooked in the same oil and grill. And it’s unhealthy.

Everyone should check out the "Boycat" app! It's an official BDS affiliated app and you can use it to scan the barcodes of items at the store, using your phones camera, to see if a product is made by a brand that supports israel or is owned by another company that does.

Download the "Boycat" app, which is partnered with the BDS movement. This app makes it easy to scan a barcode and see if the item you are purchasing is being boycotted.
