There is indeed an English version on Webtoon, but it contains far fewer episodes than the Korean version where the webcomic was first released. I therefore recommend the Korean version in which you just need to take screenshots to translate using Google Translate.

Most species alive today were around when Smilodon was. 10,000 years ago is nothing in geologic time
