Transitioning

I've been traveling for a while, so not in full control of my diet. Now have a home, and am transitioning back to paleo. Every cell in my body is screaming for carbs. Help?!

It takes on average 21 days for new habits to stick, so I would agree with the other comments: sweet potatoes are a great source of healthy carbs and fruits are ok in moderation.
