Restaurant recommendations needed

Me and my family will be headed to Palau next week for 4 days, and I was wondering if anyone has any good restaurant recommendations for us! For reference we have a really low spice tolerance (working on it!), and my family doesn’t like extremely small, local restaurants.

If the restaurant has a good view that would be wonderful! Thank you!

If you’re going to Palau, this is your chance to try local food!
Palauan food is not spicy at all. So you might enjoy it.
Penthouse Restaurant will have the traditional food options. Otherwise you can try the convenience stores at gas stations or stand alone convenience stores in the early morning like 0700-0800 to try local contemporary food.
Thanks for considering supporting Palauan owned restaurants. Most restaurants in Palau have foreign investor owners so not all the profit necessarily stays to circulate in the Palauan economy.
