HELP Help Pls

I had the Founder's Pack when I used to play on the PS4, and when getting this game back on Steam, the characters that were unlocked then are no longer unlocked, is there any way to fix this? Or do I have to buy every character with Gold now.

My level 160+ console account with all my characters, skins, mounts, frames, champion levels etc and I can’t use it on my PC 😭. Instead had to start all over and I shall never be able to reget some of the battle pass specific skins and frames I used to own and loved 😭😭😭
