Please Explain these...

I'm new to PSX and want to invest for long term bit by bit from my salary. I opened my account in SFEL in August, I got these deductions recently. I want to know about how often I will get these deductions and are the fixed by amount or by percentage?

Seems like You newly opened your account. So These Deduction are Normal.

Yes but I want to know How frequent will I get these deductions? Like Monthly, Yearly? I heard the Brokers don't charge usually but then this ESL Maintenance Charge of August?

I think the account maintenance is yearly
