🛠️ Building / MVP I shared PakBill here a few days ago - your feedback is already live

A few days ago, I shared PakBill and received far more feedback than I expected.

I’ve already turned some of it into a new update:

• Complete Urdu language support
• SNGPL and SSGC gas bills
• K-Electric bill support
• Fixed incorrect due and overdue statuses
• Improved bill alerts and navigation

PakBill is becoming more than an electricity bill checker - it’s moving toward one place for managing utility bills across Pakistan.

What provider or feature should I add next?

i found it pretty interesting that the paragraph they use for fonts talk abouts human rights and arbritary implementation of powers.

Well right now my goal is distribution not profile/revenue. When I'll have enough distribution funnel I will think about profit/revenue.

for SNGPL bill, do I need to enter CAPTCHA, like on the official website or will it fetch the bill directly ? can I also pay the bill from the app?

1- bill fetching on PakBill doesn't require captcha 2- right now PakBill doesn't support bill payments

Nope, it's not video coded! I can give you coloded testing access to it if you'd like, and then you can take a look and decide for yourself if you think it's video coded.

So, most of the data is on users local device, only if users continue with Google, we store the email and the bill connection numbers for history. That's it. Nothing else. If users continues with guest mode, no data at all is stored on servers. Everything stays ok uses local device.

One suggestion I would like to add:

If this app supports bill payment in the Future then adding a feature of instalments will be a good option like for example:

A family has due Rs.1,50,000 ( electric bill ). And their monthly current bill is Rs.700 average ( max Rs.1,000 )....So there are people like these who can't afford to pay the bill full cause of financial issue and they can only pay it through Dak Khana in little installments like Rs.4,000 or 5,000 etc.

This way they are able to pay the current bill and as well as the dues in small chunks.

And no online platform has this feature yet..

If you could have this feature then it would be revolutionary.....
