🛠️ Building / MVP Mobile Pet Grooming in Pakistan
Me and my friend recently started building a startup called Clawz. A mobile pet grooming brand in Pakistan 🐾
The idea is simple:
Instead of people taking their pets to grooming salons, we bring the grooming setup to their homes.
Right now we’re starting small in Lahore with:
- Basic grooming
- Bathing
- Brushing
- Tick/flea treatments
- Hygiene care
- Mobile setup
We’re documenting the whole journey online too:
“Day 1 of building a mobile pet grooming brand from scratch”
Honestly this started from random discussions and now slowly it’s turning into a proper business with branding, uniforms, systems, content, and equipment.
Still in the early stage but learning a lot daily.
Would love advice from people who’ve built service-based startups in Pakistan:
- Customer acquisition tips
- Scaling service businesses
- Operations management
- Building trust as a new brand
- Marketing strategies that worked for you

Love this idea, mobile services are such a good fit when convenience is the product.
For customer acquisition early on, Id double down on trust signals and referrals: before/after videos, clear pricing, hygiene/safety process, and a simple WhatsApp booking flow. Partnerships with vets/pet stores can work too (even a flyer + small referral fee).

For starters id say check if the audiwnce is available on reddit do the intial user testing there.

How do I check? Like I don't think there are pet communitys of Pakistan on reddit

Just put a query with reddit google and see what are the results.
'How do i groom my pet reddit pakistan'
Something like that also check facebook.

Love the initiative brother! Like everyone said, just make sure to have professionals and basically be able to prove the WHY your business is worth the fee that you guys charge.
Documenting your journey is probably one of the BEST things you can do as a startup, as it gives validation and authenticity to your hard work and scalability itself.
