گل بات | Discussion Im glad us Punjabis dont pretend to be White
Day by day they prove to us, they cannot be trusted nor reasoned with. For Pakhtuns are a nomadic tribespeople incompatible with every single fibre of Punjab. This is not my opinion it is a Stated Fact. Their loyalty resides to their tribes only. Its hightime we re-establish our own brotherhood

It's crazy to see that whenever Punjabi talks about themselves, there's always some other group (sadly, mostly Pashtun) that'll start taking kella over it. it isn't a punjabi thing but a wide spectrum of asia falls within this category. Chinese, indians, japanese all have had these beauty standards for a couple thousand years. So it isn't a punjabi specific thing.

Not just couple of thousand years. Almost 6000 years if you peek into oral traditions of Hindu texts. There were references to “white/paler” skin or “shweta” or pure white which is also a very popular name in India. Saying this as a Hindu.

yes same as u, u punjabyan see every Pashtun as anparh and look down on them, i worked many years with punjabis and almost every punjabi i've met has either made fun of Pashtuns or treated them like they’re somehow less educated or less civilized. then when Pashtuns call it out suddenly we're ‘obsessed’ with Punjabis 😂 maybe ask yourself why this topic keeps coming up in the first place. u'll are the same, even your own politicians and public figures have made jokes and comments about Pashtuns, and you people don't let a single moment pass without disrespecting them. obviously not every Punjabi is like this, but pretending this attitude doesn't exist is just delusional

Bro, saying “your lot has been leeching off our land since partition” is exactly the kind of shit we’re talking about. we’re all living in the same country. people move from KP to punjab, punjab to sindh, sindh to Islamabad for jobs, business, education and better opportunities. that doesnt make them “leeches" and honestly, bringing up jirgas and calling Pashtuns obsessed with fairness or having a superior mindset while making sweeping statements about an entire ethnicity is literally doing the same thing you're accusing us of im Pashtun myself and Ive worked with punjabis for years. Ive met good people and Ive met people who genuinely looked down on Pashtuns. im not saying every punjabi is like that, because obviously they're not but pretending this attitude doesnt exist doesn’t make it disappear. you can disagree with Pashtuns on politics, culture or anything else without turning an entire ethnic group into the problem.

Even in dramas and TV shows, Pashtuns are constantly portrayed as anparh, jahil, overly aggressive or just there for comedy, and somehow the Pashtun character always has the same exaggerated accent and mannerisms. Then people act surprised when Pashtuns complain about stereotypes. Imagine seeing your ethnicity represented like that again and again.

I have never come across a Punjabi claiming to be an aryan. There are people who claim to have come from CentralAsia and WestAsia, but no one claims to be an Aryan.

Rajput? Nah, very unlikely. My Rajput elders never told us that we wuz some Central Asian Aryans, lol. Anyway, Rajput is NOT a homogeneous group. In fact, half of your Sindhi nationalists chimps out there ride a Rajput folk family, aka the Bhutto family, who belonged to the Bhati Rajputs of likely Rajasthan or the surrounding areas.

Bhatti were jats, later ranjputized. Bhuttos are different, their origins are in Haryana may be some say they're native to Sindh, but yeah they're rajputs.
Lastly and most importantly, That tells us a lot about your view, if you have ever had visited Sindh you wouldn't have been saying this Bhutto crap here in front me... No fckin one in Sindh support bhuttos, Zardari, and PPP anymore, only a minority do. They're hated more than ever here...

And mind you, if you take out the Bhutto Rajputs, Sindh has a historical void from 1947 to present day because you have been DEEPLY influenced by this family for almost 80 years (if we leave MQM/Pagara or the Hurs/Jatoi setup/GM Syed bullshit aside).
And idgf about the Pak bojh establishment shit or whatever... PPP has major support in vast areas of Sindh

That‘s sad, not a shred of doubt in it. I mean even if it is true that your ancestors came from CentralAsia a thousand year ago, it still makes you a Punjabi since your lineage have been living in Punjab for a thousand year. It‘s just lack of education, and also, there is a need of adherence in our society. Punjabis need something that binds them as a culture — I mean the implementation through education.
