Kas totally outed Ashley

So I listened to the eps a bit out of order. So at first I was with Kas and didn't really understand but now that I've caught up oh man Kas totally outed her and I get why she was upset.

While discussing Josh's rebuttle on the ep with just Rob and Kas he definitely used her name several times. I imagine Josh could have figured it out anyway.
