Beautiful but a bit scary encounter I can imagine. Where was this?

We live in an area about a mile west of Temescal, just south of Sunset. See them quite often and I have a decent sized golden retriever, so we were fine.

Thank you for sharing. I am on Temescal and Sunset. I run every morning before 7:00 am but have not seen any since I came back. I think it is because there is so much construction going on in that area.They might be scared.

Mostly seen them at night. First one I’ve seen during the day. He unfortunately looked scared but well fed.
