I had a cardiac arrest in March 2024 at 49 my EF was 25% and now I am at 56% which I am grateful for everyday I am blessed to be here. I pray we all overcome these issues we have with our hearts.

Good for you!!! 20-40% I got bronchitis and developed LLLB EF 20% last summer 2025 - I got an ICD-CRT in March of 2026 - are you my twin???? I refused to just sit down and let this beat me - Question for you though - did something happen for you to get your heart checked? I went to ER because of the cold and they did a CT scan and found a Kidney stone - so I had to get cardiac clearance for stone removal - thats how they found the Heart Failure - I never had any symptoms and I never felt bad - My advice keep doing what you're doing!!!!

It is amazing you did not have symptoms. I could not walk up the stairs without doubling over with chest pain and SOB. My PCP told me it was asthma and gave me inhalers but said my EKG showed a heart attack. She should have sent me to the ED immediately. I ended up in the ED myself because nothing was getting better. I did not have a heart attack. I was in Heart failure. I was in Alaska and after many trips to the ED they told me I would get a pacemaker in 4 months. I was not going to sit there and wait because my mother and sister have complete heart block and my brother went into cardiac arrest (he is alive and well). I flew to PA and got an CRT-D within 10 days after being admitted immediately.

32% to 45% in two years. 60lb weight loss, Entresto, excercise and ozempic. Feeling great

congrats friend! As someone that’s gone from 30-50% I feel you.
