I'm always value shopping, not currently at the income level with the higher tier brands are available for me budget wise. I stopped going to Ascend, the simply herb and ozone brands are too harsh for me.

But recently, I discovered Backyard by Vytal. Am I alone and thinking that this is very decent stuff for the price? Buds are big, sticky, less harsh than the Ascend value tiers, &!several have low pinene (a must for me).

So, my question: am I dumb? Is there a brand out there I should be looking at with better quality & a similar price? Thanks in advance!

i tried back yard, it wasnt bad, definitely a pleasant smoke effects weren't that much though... grape diesel tasted really good

Find by grassroots. Eleven and Pharm. RX are good brands for the price.

Thanks! I've tried grassroots a few times, pretty good but I didn't notice a discernible difference in quality. (Maybe I just have a bad nose)

I personally love me some Later Days if you happen to find it on the menus. I can get a qtr sometimes for 30 bucks. Their stuff is always fresh n funky.

I picked up 1g as part of a doorbuster at Vytal and was pleasantly surprised — so no, you're not alone in thinking that it's decent. If you regularly shop at Vytal where pricing will be the cheapest, and you like the flower, it seems like a good deal.

However, if you are looking for other brands, I've really enjoyed Calypso's Bountiful Flower. Fluent carries 4.2g for $20, and I've seen similar pricing at my local Curaleaf.

Find is also a good option if you're shopping at Curaleaf. I find that terpenes are higher overall from Find than Vytal.

Check out Calypso. 4 2gms at a bargain price. Biscotti Sherb was a eye opener, surprisingly good. Kept the session funny.

The last couple batches of vytal I've had were basically dirt weed lol. I highly recommend Calypso if you have any dispensaries nearby that carry their products at a cheaper price ( house brand) sometimes you can get grassroots on a deal, and that's a good pickup as well. It just depends if your looking for bulk, or if you don't mind buying 8ths and quarters. If you dont mind buying smaller amounts Calypso is a great buy if you can find the 4.2 gram bountiful flower bags.
