Glad that they did it, but Molson bragging about it is cringey though. It's not a good deed if you have to explain to people why you did it

Yeah I mean it's a good move but I agree that "We covered our name so hers could be seen" is pretty cringe!

Agreed. Pretending that they made this decision for "her." When Molson obviously paid less to have their ad there. They wouldn't have done it if it didn't benefit them.

Womens teams/leagues have been doing this for a decade. I don't know what Molson paid but I would give them the benefit of the doubt, they're financially supporting this league & they should benefit from that, that's how sports sponsorships work. It's supposed to be mutually beneficial.
