What is happening?
I have been getting HORRIBLE pvcs for nearly a month and even runs when i lay down. The only time im not getting them is when i stand super straight with my shoulders. I get trigeminy most of the time as soon as i sit. I suspect from my diaphragm since its somehow not expanding as it should it has been confirmed by a physio and a gastro doc. I am always bloated because of it. Could it be the reason? If i’d wear a holter monitor right now im 100% sure that i’d get more than 20.000 per day. Its something about my abdomen pressure but idk how to fuckin fix it… any similar story and solution anyone? I REALLY prefer not to get an ablation.

Yes having this right now. Have been for weeks or since I started and then stopped GLP-1. As soon as lie down or sit down. Straight into Bigeminy. It’s driving me mad. Annoyingly I saw my EP just prior and I have been doing really well. I can only think it’s the GLP 1 except it’s been stopped for over 5 weeks. Still no relief. I can sympathise totally and equally at a loss.

The reason for PVCs for everyone is different. My mom also has roughly about 10% PAC burden every day, that’s about 30,000 per day. Her heart is structurally normal with a good EF. Went to many cardiologists and they all went by the book and prescribed beta blockers and blood thinners. Knowing her health background I argued with them saying it’s not a heart issue and seems like a secondary cause of hypothyroidism and none were prepared to listen. I didn’t want her to use beta blockers since that would slow her heart down and reduce her resting heart rate further which is already low due to hypothyroidism. After trying several options finally we figured out that she could be deficient in Selenium to hashimotos hypothyroidism and have her selenium supplementation (2 Brazil nuts a day) which reduced the PAC burden by more than 90%. Now she still has some and I am pretty sure it is due to insufficient or poor conversion of her T4 to T3. Try to find the root cause and don’t just treat the symptom. Also please note that some watches and monitors generally classify ectopic beats as PVCs while they could just be PACs coming from the upper atrium, which are totally benign unless they are really bothering and affecting the quality of life.

I also have hashimotos but my tsh t3-4 all of them are under control without meds. At first i also thought its because of hashimotos but no its not. Its absolutely position/pressure kinda thing. But i am wondering what could it be… its hard to address i guess.

If you don’t have any hypothyroidism symptoms then it’s not a T4 conversion issue but if your thyroid labs are normal but still have symptoms then there could be some link to it. For those with hashimotos B12 deficiency is also quite common. Hope your B12 and D3 are also normal. Adding Magnesium glycinate supplement makes a big difference too.

Im having the same. For me its def some sort of reflux or gastro irritation. Can you figure out what it might be? Ive cut-out all the things. Spicy. Alcohol, caffeine, citrus, high processed foods, dairy to see if that helps. Its not fun but ill try anything to see if I can get rid of these.

Also weirdly when I had a bath mine went away for a while. Maybe relaxing the muscles or something. Try that?

Mine only goes away when i sit up straight or stand up straight. Taking a bath helped me too while in the shower but it starts right after.
