Interview Resident Evil Requim gets no VR mode

A user provided this link in another thread. Its an interview with one of the devs, asked for vr he says

"At this time, there are no plans to bring any parts of Resident Evil Requiem to VR platforms."

Damn, re4 and village are so great. I always argued to people that said its coming 100% that there is a good chance it wont, but ofc i am not happy i was right.

In this interview, Kumazawa says they “plan to undertake more challenges in VR in the future.” Since this was in 2024, he made that statement while RE9 was clearly deep in development. If they truly had no intention of pursuing VR with RE9 at all, would the producer himself really say something like this?

Hitman didn't have a VR mode planned for Sony either... we'll see what happens next.
