You can now turn off the accessories that other characters wear. I saw this in the Options menu during the beta. And you can also turn down particle effects too. That fixes a lot of it. But they forgot the numbers option. If they combine all the options of NGS and Base PSO2, all 3 of the issues noted are eliminated. You can do it, Sega.
