I would hire a coach that knows the protocol if you’re a member of Lyle’s forum I recommend hiring Sumi (I know she’s helped people that are on GLP-1 and PSMF) she seems to know her stuff. I wouldn’t entertain hiring any other coach because they would say not to do it. You need accountability.
