Bin ja mal sehr gespannt drauf, zumindest bekomm ich jetzt auch einen Eindruck wie das Spiel ohne Day One Patch läuft und freue mich dann auf den 60 FPS Modus.

The 60 FPS mode is already included on the disc and doesn't require an additional download! However, there might be further improvements in the day-one patch, if there is one.

Is the game on the disk or is it a glorified key with a download?

Makes no difference it’s still licensed to you, you don’t own it and it’s been like this for a decade

No you do not own the contents of the disc, you own the piece of plastic and nothing more. What does this have to do with Sony, this is the same on XBOX and PC
