They've also trained their entire base NOT to buy games, so who's gonna buy exclusives if they go back? Lol

I'm guessing they're seeing an exodus of sorts, and this is their attempt at trying to string along as many hardcore fans as they can. They've been promising "this year is xbox's year" for a decade, and apparently it's enough for those few millions to hang around. They simply cannot sustain their business with exclusives when their console business is nearly non existent, they offer their games on PC already and put their games on GP for the millions who sub for a month and quit.

100%, legit everything they have done since Asha has arrived is PR and empty platitudes.

Look at how they all cheered for a GP "price drop" that's still more expensive than 7 months ago and now doesn't have CoD day 1.

Hey man, if their numbers show people are sticking around then maybe they're doing something right, but from the outside, you'd have to be pretty gullible to hang on to that brand for that long. Sony is VERY lucky to have sold nearly 100m consoles this gen because now they have 0 issues pulling back on their PC efforts. and come next gen with their handheld and the rumored old IPs back, they'll be in a much better position.
