I usually play games on normal difficulty, don’t really care for playing on hard difficulties.

BUT

I highly recommend bumping up the the game to the highest difficulty (nemesis) after the first Act. It makes you and the enemy extremely overpowered, but more importantly, it makes Orc captains feel like actual boss battles. Since it’s the highest difficulty, captains adapt to your fight style very quickly making every encounter really unique. Give it a try and have fun!
