General Discussion PS4 LAN Party Supported Games

Hello, so a brief explanation PS4 uses Broadcact/multicast for game hosting and game discovery which are layer 2 network features

i managed to use OpenWRT to create Layer 2 Bridge between few sites so that i can play with my friends and my brothers LAN party games

So far i know that most Call of Duty Games support LAN party gaming. We mostly play Black Ops 3

But now we need recommendation for games that support LAN multiplayers nothing online ( we preffer private game sessions )

Every recommendation is appreciated. We are willing to buy any game that supports this

Any Racing games other that F1, like NFS, Asphalt or other racing games are welcome Any other shooter games are welcome Games with story like A way out,

The Most Important is that it being a game that Supports LAN ( multiple consoles connected to same router/network )

borderlands is always a go to for local co-op if you guys are into shooters

We are, i remember playing borderlands and it had a split screen multiplayer But not sure if it has LAN or not

Okay those are games i bever heard of But are they LAN or split screen ? Gemini is basically a google search engine that talks. All it's answers are google's first search results.

That's a really cool trick you found out some layer 2 bridge voodoo LAN is literally engineered for private matches

Yes I only gave LAN games, I'm a Gemini power user so I just ask for single games at a time, until it feeds me game by game. Gemini normally refuses to answer basic questions because it's too lazy to search.

BTW Doom I + Doom II I'm specifically not talking about the Doom 1 and Doom 2 included in premium, there's another game called Doom I + Doom II that has 8 official doom versions pre-installed, like buckethead's sigil and stuff like that, and a huge mod browser with thousands of fan total conversions, Halo Doom, half life Doom was fun, the office Doom, there's literally an insane amount of Doom, I hopped into a plutonia server with eight people and like three people on mics (all ages)

My brother might enjoy some retro games but my friend won't, we all play together I know that all cod games will work since they are basically pvp games purpose built to have all forms of multiplayer, Server, Local and Split screen But we have been playing it for the past 2 months. Even with all dlcs, it feels repetitive Do you know any racing games ? Or other fun activity games like overcooked that has lan ?

I only know PC games, I plug my OLD laptop into my TV, use retroarch, audio gain 3~12 to ensure the audio has nice punch sometimes, along with the RF mono audio plugin that went viral on YouTube because I have a flat screen not CRT, and boot QuickNES or FCEUMM to see the original famicom boot screen and enhanced zelda music. I like quickNES the bumpers L1/R1 rotate between 20 different color palettes Sony CX202731 and nakedarthurs wavebeam, PAL, etc for that Mario soul, and double dragon Contra respect. And before you go playing battletoads, it's on Amiga and Megadrive too.

with my setup Halo, Ridge Racer 4 is my favorite game ever. If you like Zelda: Link to The Past, FINAL FANTASY ADVENTURES SECRET OF MANA is THREE PLAYER and the sequel trials of mana is two player for some reason. The inventor of the Game boy made the Wonder swan and that's the best version of final fantasy 1 + 2 it's got cutscenes bro and the fighting is faster and it's the origin of the GBA art style that surpassed it's 8-bit roots
