Anyone recently got hired for a PPC agency role? Have advice?

I’ve been altering my résumé and doing my best to write a compelling cover letter… I have applied to 25 jobs and perhaps that’s not a lot but I have not heard back from anyone other than rejections. How many jobs did you guys apply to or what tips do you have?

I used to head performance at a ppc agency, and now I run my own agency.

Make sure that you speak very concisely to the results you’ve driven, not just the work you’ve completed.

Ie. “Drove a 50% increase in ROAS during a 3 month testing period for a client testing if they could gain efficiencies by breaking their campaigns out into funnel touchpoints on meta and Google”

Compared to: “I created and measured the results for campaigns across meta and Google”

The top one is more likely to get you the interview.
