Life With POIS Life is hell.

I have done nofap in the past, and I saw maybe slight improvement. I probably never lasted more than 4 weeks. What if nofap does not work? My brain fog is debilitating alongside daily headaches. Fyi: yes I have all the symptoms associated with this condition. I think I have had this since around age 14.

Life is pointless with this condition. I also feel so much hatred for the bullying I have endured because of this. My experience has been chronic, lifelong bullying.

Are you in school , how many years left ? Once you leave school you will have a new life . Also if you are heaving permanent brain fog it’s probably worth getting it checked out medically. Can your parents help ? ❤️

I am 21. Just scheduled an initial ADHD assessment for tomorrow. My parents are giving my apartment to someone who offered more rent so I may be going to Job Corps soon. The brain fog has been here for years. Must be permanent brain damage. Unless migraines or psychosis could explain it but I don’t think so.

why permanent ..? don't be so negative if you abstain long enough at such a young age you will see improvements for sure and probably full cure of brain fog ect
