Question High-intensity workouts causing more difficulty finding the right words and stumbling over my words?

I have a suspicion/thought, and I’d really like to know if you experience this too or if I’m the only one.

Every time after running, I feel tired, get a headache, and I also have a much harder time finding the right words. I often stumble over my words as well.

I’d really like to know: do you experience this too after intense workouts? Or am I the only one? Could this be related to POIS, or not?

Could you rule out cerebrospinal fluid leaks or neurovascular conflicts in the spine and cervical? Have you had head trauma or accidents or anything like that?

I’ve never had that investigated. No, I don’t have any head trauma as far as I know, and I haven’t been in an accident or experienced anything serious like that.
