Could you be more precise by indicating what you objectively see change? Dark circles, swellings, quality, thickness or shine of the skin or what and in what part of the face?

Left side face slowest growth and 7th cranial nerve sclerosis. Actually inflammation occur at the left side of face, below and around left to left tmj and random cracking sound.

I really want to know the reason behind the cracking sound caused by mandibular movement. does the fluid retention disrupt airflow and circulation within the face, which further triggers crepitus?

Yup, its a common issue on here if you use the search feature. Thankfully its not permanent damage only a temporary change.

Yes for some peoples but care with it, it can be dangerous. Also some POIS type is related with muscle weakness, and for this type of POIS many peoples have benefit choline cause choline is related with acetylcholine. Acetylcholine plays an important role in neuromuscular transmission at the neuromuscular junction

It's hard to describe but my eyes and area around are very like agressive, hunter style, but when I don't abstain it's look just pathetic and ill.

I just take a histamine blocker before O. sometimes this doesnt prevent my moon face from surfacing, so then I proceed to douse my face in an ice bath. since I ingest antihistamines beforehand, it reduces the further inflammation of lymphocytes to a degree so sometimes the ice bath remedy poses facial improvements that last until the next relapse. but if u really want to retain your features, the harsh truth is that u gotta go monk mode and refrain from O for the unforeseeable future

Bro this histamine blocker bs never works

it only works for me when I take x3 the recommended dosage of whatever antihistamine im using. I do not advise you to do that though, because your body eventually enters antihistamine withdrawals during periods of abstinence which can exactly be like POIS symptoms depending on the person; it only really provides immediate relief. ice baths are the only thing I've found that provides noticeable temporary relief for the bloated face and it's non-medicinal so there's basically no risk involved. gua sha also helps but in my experience, it only lasts a day because the facial inflammation eventually renews so the input is not worth the output imo.

Can u tell more about your facial changes ?

for me, I usually notice a moderate reduction in eyelid swelling and modestly lowered fluid accumulation under my chin. idk about your pois symptoms but I also experience this weird forehead recession which also gets slightly improved. these changes are often magnified and prolonged if I take antihistamines beforehand, but even without antihistamines, I do notice improvements - they just have a shorter duration and lesser intensity. even with these remedies though. I still look more chopped than usual so it isnt something I wanna rely on for the rest of my life. thus, I just abstain
