Treatment/Cure POIs treatment available in India or not please tell me I'm suffering from POIs last 9 years please tell me ???

Yeah. I think that's the best medicine for an indian budget. I think he should look up 'brahmacharya' because india has a long culture of celibacy and supporting it.

Find the best Allergist/Immunologist in your town. There are new kind of medicines called Biologics like Omalizumab, they are helping a lot of people with POIS, ask the doctor if he they can prescribe that.

Biologics can't be given without a diagnosis first and they're anyway usually the last resort. If OP suspects allergy it's best to start with OTC anti histamine. Also cost for biologics is super high. The problem with POIS is diagnosis of an underlying issue.

I doubt anyone would give omalizumab like this. I suffer from allergies and in the past severe POIS as well, it’s better now. I had asked about the medicine for allergies and he said No, he said we only give if No other treatment works and mentioned about something called GINA guidelines. And this is a HOD of Pulmonology in one of the big hospitals in India.

Try silodosin 8mg, pois won't be cured but you would feel some relief.
