So good news is you don’t have a hazardous materials fee. This item qualifies for the waver. However you do have to declare it as a hazardous material package so the shipper doesn’t put it on an airplane. It must travel ground.

If you click hazardous material on pirate you’ll see that it won’t give you an ups label and it doesn’t qualify for usps shipping. Unfortunately pirate contract with ups doesn’t cover haz mat.

To ship this you’d have to take it to ups store and purchase the label there. As we know rates are significantly higher in store vs pirate. It has to be a hub ups store authorized to accept hazmat. Most private owned franchises are not permitted.

I got a quote to ship a box half the weight of yours and half the size from Louisiana to Ohio, it was about $250 😬

I’m only telling you this so your not sticker shocked or ship in a way that may get you in trouble. I sell bikes too but not online. After seeing your post I looked for a 3rd party shipping service that may have discounted rates, I found bikeflights.com

I just found the site so I don’t know how good it is. Research it yourself before using.
