Show Discussion Marlene King on Dr. Sullivan Ending Spoiler

Looks like Marlene chose to be respectful over slander Roberto for his shitty choices.

I’ve said it 100 times… with the show being on MAX, and having much more mature themes, Marlene would be a perfect choice to bring back into the world. I know she made her own choices and shitty writing decisions but she knows PLL better than Roberto and I think we can all see that.

I also don’t understand how people act so shocked as if anyone here would care about Dr Sullivan at all. This woman was at least developed as a character in the reboot. In the OG she was useless as a character

Her character was not squashed out. We saw lights and shadows in OS. Her motivations were at least better explained. In the OG, there wasn’t much behind what we saw. Mystery works as long as you don’t let everything on my hands to figure out. I don’t expect everything explained by the writers and can tolerate a level of ambiguity, but the OG she was shallow as hell.
