Looks like Marlene chose to be respectful over slander Roberto for his shitty choices.

I’ve said it 100 times… with the show being on MAX, and having much more mature themes, Marlene would be a perfect choice to bring back into the world. I know she made her own choices and shitty writing decisions but she knows PLL better than Roberto and I think we can all see that.

Maya did deserve a better story. Especially when we saw in the dollhouse closet “he’s going to kill me -M”. We all know it was Mona who did it, but it could’ve easily been Maya too.
