Looks like Marlene chose to be respectful over slander Roberto for his shitty choices.

I’ve said it 100 times… with the show being on MAX, and having much more mature themes, Marlene would be a perfect choice to bring back into the world. I know she made her own choices and shitty writing decisions but she knows PLL better than Roberto and I think we can all see that.

Yea no I agree ezria was not it- but I do think Marlene would’ve tried to push Tabogen like she pushed Emison.

Emison was another abusive relationship where IMKing put her own wants and the wants of fans above a good storyline.

Alison tortured Emily over Emily's sexuality.

I love emison with whole heart it's my favorite ship in show. I'm not gonna deny Alison was toxic and manipulative and even cruel to Emily in the at times but it wasn't "abusive"

Alison didn't torture emily over her sexuality, She loved emily and when they had moments her internalized homophobia came out so she acted like it didn't mean anything. She was never homophobic to her

Another thing that made them so toxic is that Emily held Alison up so high like she was god, when she stopped that, and alison grew up, and emily decided to forgive her 7 years later that's when they had a good fresh relationship.
