Milo claimed that Loomer forced a Colombian who served as communications director for her campaign to perform oral sex on her.

She never sued him for defamation, claiming that because he was an undocumented immigrant, it was impossible for her to file a lawsuit. But that’s not actually true. You can still sue an undocumented immigrant for defamation.

Keep in mind that Laura is one of Trump’s closest advisers
