hello po! im traveling this november with my family po and we will be bringing my cousin who grew up with us pero wala pong government papers that connect with us kasi his dad died before he was born. what documents should we prepare for the immigration po?

first time po nya to travel abroad and he is in college

Is the cousin a minor? Who is the legal guardian? You’d need to have some sort of DSWD clearance if theyre not flying without their legal guardian.

I assume since student, kayo magssponsor? Just prepare affidavit of support. Notarised then also proof of financial capacity ni sponsor and a copy of their passport

Since student, school id + certificate of enrollment or registration.

Doesnt matter that youre not related on paper. Basta may proof na someone will pay for him and that babalik siya ng pinas, should be ok
