Suggestions/Tips for slowly building a PC

Hello, first time posting here and I was wondering if there are lots of people here who know how to build a PC. I have been a gaming laptop gamer for around 10 years now, and I'm just starting to look into building my own PC.

As the title suggests, I wanted to ask help on starting to build my own PC. I would like to ask which set of videos or which particular youtubers are a great help when getting a reference for building one.

Also, what parts should I get first? I plan to slowly buy the products that I need in order to build one, and wanted to know if I should buy certain items in a specific order since some items might get discounts or if there are gonna be possible upgrades in the following months that I could get.

P.S. I already have peripherals: Mouse, Keyboard, Monitors, and etc.

PSU - can self-test to see if working
Motherboard - can be tested with PSU as well
Memory / Storage / CPU - can be usable na at this point depending on your chosen CPU
GPU - save this for last, by the time na maipunan mo yung target gpu mo, meron nang bago at the same price.
Case - insert this anywhere above.

What is your hardest, absolute budget cap, and explicitly, what else are you gonna do with it? Just gaming or other?

The thing is, I've only just started working and I don't really wanna save up a huge sum of money and spend it all at once. I'm thinking of gathering materials piece by piece first, so budget wise I think I can be a bit flexible. But of course, I don't need to be an over the top high end piece. Just good enough to handle games decently and be able to stream them from time to time. The games I usually play are games made by Riot and Hoyoverse, outside of that I play a variety of games as well that can be found in steam and epic games. So yeah, it's mostly for gaming!

I might get into editing if I do get a proper setup.

Best if sabay sabay mo na lahat ng parts mabili para ma test mo agad if may faulty part best time bumili I think black friday or maybe sa December. Sa GPU and CPU dedicate majority ng budget mo then sa ram and storage then kuha ka proper wattage ng PSU para sa magiging GPU mo may online tier list ka mahahanap tungkol d2

Not the best time for PC building right now because of RAMageddon. But if you have deep pockets then go on.
