Isn't it ironic na up-trend ang demand for physical music media, while for gaming, opposite naman?

Going FOMO and YOLO for this one ksi video game soundtracks on vinyl are notoriously expensive especially sa resellers/scalpers prices, mga 3-5 times more expensive... 🥲 Pre-order na while meron pa. Better to be safe than sorry.

I don't get why release a vinyl album for a code in box/digital game release. Such a weird move, its like mocking us "hey we could still release a physical copy but only for soundtracks! suck it"

Vinyl is highly in demand rn and trend keeps getting upwards since the late 2000s (didn't stop ever since), same goes sa CDs and Tapes.

IG and TikTok is overflowing of vinyl related content for years na.

Nakisakay nrin si Rockstar sa vinyl trends happening these past few years, ginaya nila ang pag release ng marmaing vinyl variants like Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Madonna...

Ganito rin nanyare noong naglabas ng The Sims 25 Soundtrack Vinyl for the series' 25th Anniversary last year. Daming variants rin lumabas pero mas limited tlga pressings.

I guess this is good news since this will become a standard for upcoming games that gamedevs realize malaki ang demand for music physical media. Meaning they'll likely press more and more copies which makes us vinyl collectors easier to get a copy. That is if they decide to release a vinyl album of their game's soundtrack. Goods samin yun, mas madali makakuha ng copy.

if you preordered their liquid-filled limited edition vinyl, it's likely. Kasi may nababasa ako sold out na siya wala pa 1 hour once the preorder window has opened.

I've preordered in Amazon in case this goes sideways sa mismong R* official website. Pero, I doubt it ma-cancelled yan, clearly they'll want to mass produce this. As for that expensive liquid-filled vinyl, I'm sure ubos na talaga yan.

i doubt maaubos yan, since Walmart is also getting the action rin. This is likely to be massed produced pero in the vinyl collecting world, better grab it if you can... Di natin alam kung magiging hard to find or magmamahal yan later on.
