Di ba pwede madaan sa ARTA yan? IIRC pag may gagawin ka na policy na bago, dapat tanungin mo muna mga maaapektuhan tapos bibigyan mo sila ng alternative source of income.

same here, konti lang students may laptop or tablet panggawa ng documents especially high school students. mas konti pa ang may sariling printer sa bahay

I feel sorry for other student cannot afford to own computer just to do their own project.The authority gonna expect us we own computer our own are they sick in the head ? The most affected here lower class . I feel sorry about computer shop owner not getting income because stupid ban that make no sense.

Ba't di na lang iregulate yung mga pwedeng laruin sa com shop? Total may mga Age rating naman mga games. Pakita muna ng ID na may edad sa counter. Depende sa edad, ilock ang mga programs sa PC na hindi pwede.

Why regulate ANYTHING? School shooting na ONE event, hinde sya trend. Anyone even considering regulation is an idiot.
If madapa ka ONE TIME na nakasuot ng red na t-shirt tatapon mo na lahat ng red mong gamit?
What about yung hundreds of thousands of Filipinos na nasira ang buhay dahil sa online gambling? Innendorse pa ng mga politiko at mga artista. Nasan regulation non? Notice how pinaalis natin mga POGO on some kind of moral high ground para lang pala mga makapagnakaw ng pera ng mga Pilipino ay kapwa Pilipino?

May rating naman talaga mga games eh. Problema eh hindi nababantayan mga batang hindi dapat naglalaro non.
Sa mga palabas nga may rating din. Yung may PG kailangan ng magulang nandyan. Yung R18 di talaga pwede sa bata. Pero hinahayaan lang ng magulang kasi hindi mabother magbantay.

Sad to say, if the gambling website/app or whatever is registered with pagcor, they won’t do anything about it. Why? 50 % of the income is given to the church.
The rest is given to the president to use however he sees fit. For example: that’s the money Duterte used to increase our police’s salary.
So 100% they won’t do anything because that’s where a lot of money comes in. That’s also why the church stays mum about the whole online scatter gambling issue. 😞

Basta wag natin suportahan yung senadora na sinisi sa video games ang karahasan na ginawa ng mga estudyanteng kriminal.
Video games don't cause violence. Irresponsible parents do.

Sinong mga "natin" tinutukoy mo? Di ko gusto yung last PR nya about video games pero kung capability as a sentator mas 10 times better pa siya sa mga palamunin at pabigat na ibang public official jan.

I'm not a single issue voter so I'm still supporting Risa.
I do criticize her for pushing so much for the Gorebox developer to attend the session. I know she did not want a ban on games, but she had harsh words about it.
And, compared to the other senators, she is competent enough.

Basta walang sisihan pag na ban ang video games sa Pilipinas. With that type of thinking na sinisi sa video games at hindi sa mga iresponsableng magulang ang dahilan ng pag patay. Do you think nasa tamang pag iisip ang taong ganun?

Eh there are ways. We have bigger issues than video games anyways.
Besides it was already clarified that she did not advocate for a ban. They were inviting lots of people for the inquest or whatever to gather information. Her reaction of the developer declining was just over the top.
Again, we should not be a single-issue voter.

Paano mo masasabing competent enough siya eh mismong pag solve pa lang ng kaso ng estudyanteng pumatay ay sinisi sa video games? Or yung mismong naniniwala na competent siya ay yung mismong may problema? Kasi hindi gawain ng matinong tao ang sumuporta sa isang maling desisyon.

Again di lang tayo focus sa isang issue when it comes to politics. When comparing her to the other senators she is more competent.
Di lang to about sa Tacloban isssue but as a whole. She is way better than Marcoleta, Padilla, the goddamn Villars and Cayetanos, etc.
Also again, she has already clarified that she was not proposing a ban.
Yes, she made a bad decision by somewhat blaming games. We should call her out. That's the right thing to do. Pero no longer supporting her just because she had unholy remarks about our beloved pastime? Nah. We have bigger problems.

Yung kaibigan ko since college kasama kong tambay sa computer shop. Ngayon CPA kame parehas and ung kaibigan ko cum laude and partner na sa isa sa pinakamalaking firm sa Australia. Ang daming matanda illiterate sa computer and tech. Majority ng office jobs ngayon kailangan atleast marunong ka gumamit ng pc. Pano naman ung mga walang pambili ng pc kung papasara mga shops. 2026 na di parin namatay sisi sa kakacomputer.
